OnPoint Performance Solutions Receives Award to Support the U.S. Army’s Reserve Officers’ Training Corps, United States Army Cadet Command

OnPoint Performance Solutions was awarded a subcontract valued at more than $12 million to provide practical support and preparation services to the U.S. Army’s Reserve Officers’ Training Corps (ROTC), United States Army Cadet Command.

Headquartered in Fort Knox, KY, and established over 25 years ago, The U.S. Army Cadet Command’s goal is to help future Officers meet the Army’s leadership qualifications. Cadet Command has implemented Senior and Junior ROTC programs across the country, providing programs that help young people attain the skills to become future leaders and better citizens.

OnPoint’s team includes 70 instructors working across the nation to support 23 university programs at 32 different locations, influencing almost 3,000 Army ROTC Cadets and commissioning over 400 Second Lieutenants a year. Each instructor’s duties include command-wide focused management in cadet recruitment, military science instruction and field training, and administrative and logistical services.

OnPoint is a member of Team L-3, led by L-3 MPRI, who was awarded the contract. Along with OnPoint, Team L-3 is comprised of Communications Technologies, Prairie Quest Corporation, Able Forces, and The Ventura Group, all of whom are proudly committed to partner with the Cadet Command to help train future officers.
