HR Solutions
HR Solutions is an Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract vehicle. Firm-Fixed Price (FFP), Cost Plus Fixed-Fee (CPFF), or Time & Materials (T&M) contract types may be issued under HR Solutions. This vehicle has one base year and four option year periods. The HR Solutions contract uses Performance Based Contracting to manage contractor performance. Performance Based Contracting is based on identifying specific performance metrics and rewarding contractors for meeting and exceeding those metrics. HR Solutions streamlines the acquisition of human resource services for the Army through a competitive, efficient, standardized, and well-managed process.

Combined Arms Center (CAC) Omnibus
This 5-year indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (ID/IQ) contract provides the United States Army Combined Arms Center and Fort Leavenworth (USACACFL) with the ability to acquire the products and services it requires to support its mission to prepare the Army for the Global War on Terrorism and transforming it to meet future threats.

Operations, Planning, Training, and Resource Support Services (OPTARSS) II IDIQ
OPTARSS II is a master, indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (ID/IQ), multiple award task order contract. The contract is structured for maximum flexibility in providing for an expedited ordering process in order to satisfy the needs of operations customers throughout the Army and Department of Defense (DoD). Specific regulations, directives, standard operating procedures (SOPs), etc. will be identified at the Task Order (TO) level.
