OnPoint Performance Solutions is a Service Disabled, Veteran Owned small business that provides leadership development and training solutions to the government, defense, education, healthcare and commercial sectors.

OnPoint was founded in 2010 by two Army veterans with the desire to continue to serve their country and create continuing opportunity for those who have served. They now have over 70 employees across the nation, including Ohio, California, and Washington. OnPoint’s resources include a strong relationship with Orion International, the nation’s largest military recruiting firm, which has placed over 23,000 veterans into civilian careers since 1991. Orion International is one contributor to OnPoint’s continually renewing pipeline of military talent from which to hire, enhancing OnPoint’s ability to extend careers to American veterans and wounded warriors across the nation.
